All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).

Please note that Bellamy's Childrenswear supply stock on the condition that all garments are delabled prior to sale. Bellamy's Childrenswear accept no responsibility for any goods being sold labelled after the garments have left stock.

Accessories - some of the products we sell may have had original accessories, we can not guarantee that items with batteries will be in working order or be part of the product supplied.

Delivery
The delivery charge shown on the website is for UK mainland only. Please e-mail us for details of delivery charges outside UK mainland. Due to the nature of ordering on the Internet it is not possible for you to specify a delivery date.

Complaints
We will acknowledge complaints within 5 working days of receipt. We will endeavour to resolve any complaint within a period of 30 days.
