We do not generally sell goods on a sale or return basis. However, if the product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt of the order.
When you receive your order, as per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have up to 7 days to return the ordered products. The goods must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally despatched from us. You must contact us by phone to confirm which items are being returned.
You will be expected to pay for the return of the goods, and any refund of this amount will be at the sole discretion of the company management.
Please return them to the address shown on your invoice along with a note of your details and the reason for return. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
