Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order and set up your account. You will be able to log in in future to make further orders with us using your personal account details.

By Phone We accept credit card payments but you will need to contact us directly by phone on (0151) 428 2826 in office hours to confirm the order and make payment (click here to see opening times). We accept most credit cards including Visa, Electron, Mastercard, Solo, and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send us your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail.
Paypal Paypal payments are accepted, but please be aware there is a 3% service charge for this method. If you wish to make payment by this option please add your request to the comments box on your order form and we will email a paypal request to you.
BACS Bank Transfer Items paid for by Bank Transfer will be despatched as soon as monies are received (weekdays only), all other items are sent within 24 hours (weekdays only) of payment being received. Existing customers and Account holders (by prior arrangement) can pay for goods by bank transfer. Goods will be despatched as soon as confirmation of the transfer has been received.
By Post Items paid for with Postal Orders, will be despatched as soon as Postal Order is received. Cheques will be banked on day received (weekdays only) and item will be sent as soon as payment has cleared (normally 4 WORKING days). We despatch on every day of the week excluding Saturdays & Sundays.
